About Our Practice

Anyone who has suffered with facial pain knows the difficulty of finding doctors who treat these conditions. A desire to expand the availability of highly-trained experts in the field of orofacial pain led to the creation of Dr. Clark & Dr. Lapidus, a satellite practice in San Luis Obispo, California. Our practice deals with TMJ disorders, neuropathic pains, headaches and dental sleep medicine.

This practice was started in 2011 with Dr. Ivan Lapidus and Dr. Glenn Clark, who combined have more than 60 years of expertise in these conditions. They have been maintaining teaching positions in Los Angeles, and since 2011 have been providing this valuable service to the Central Coast.

In 2015, Dr. Daniel Lapidus completed his extensive training in facial pain disorders and dental sleep medicine and has expanded the availability of treatment for these conditions.
